Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vyrion Discord bot, website, dashboard, and related services. By installing, authorizing, accessing, or using Vyrion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vyrion.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be permitted to use Discord and Vyrion under applicable law and Discord's own terms. If you install Vyrion, connect it to a server, or change a server's Vyrion settings, you represent that you have the authority and Discord permissions required to do so.

The Vyrion Service

Vyrion provides Discord server-management, moderation, security, logging, ticketing, role, VoiceMaster, community, utility, and related automation features. Features may require Discord permissions to work correctly. Server administrators control which optional features are enabled and are responsible for reviewing the permissions and settings they grant to Vyrion.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Vyrion to violate law, Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or the rights of others. You may not use Vyrion to harass or threaten people, distribute unlawful content, spam or disrupt services, bypass platform restrictions, exploit vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access, interfere with Vyrion infrastructure, impersonate others deceptively, or automate malicious or abusive activity.

Server Administration and Automated Actions

Vyrion can perform automated actions based on settings chosen by server administrators, including moderation, role changes, security responses, logging, ticket operations, and temporary voice management. Server owners and administrators remain responsible for their configuration choices, staff permissions, moderation decisions, server rules, and any notices or consents required for their community.

Accounts, OAuth, and Security

Do not attempt to access another person's Vyrion dashboard session or a server you are not authorized to manage. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and credentials. If you believe your account or Vyrion access has been compromised, revoke affected access through Discord where possible and contact Vyrion Support.

Service Availability and Changes

Vyrion is actively developed and may change over time. Features may be added, modified, limited, deprecated, or removed. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, Discord outages, hosting issues, security events, or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Third-Party Services

Vyrion depends on Discord and may offer optional integrations with other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Vyrion is not responsible for third-party services, outages, content, or changes outside our control.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Vyrion when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, Discord communities, or infrastructure; respond to abuse or security threats; comply with law or platform requirements; or address violations of these Terms. You may stop using Vyrion at any time by removing the bot and discontinuing dashboard use.

Intellectual Property

Vyrion's branding, original website design, software, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, misrepresent, or commercially redistribute Vyrion branding or proprietary service materials except where a separate license expressly allows it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyrion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrion's developers and operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, lost revenue, server disruption, or moderation decisions arising from or related to your use of Vyrion.

Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Vyrion Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Vyrion develops or legal/platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. Continued use of Vyrion after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
